TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BLUE ROSE GALLERY AIRPORT ATHORITY PERMIT
1. DRIVER MUST REPORT TO THE T3 OVAL LOT DISPATCH OFFICE FOR
VALIDATION.
2. The tour Guide or a passenger Representative must contact
the Ground Transportation or Traffic Commissionaires at the appropriate
terminal on the Arrivals Level, to arrange for the dispatch of the bus
/ Party from the Charter Bus / Party Parking Area. Ensure Tour Guide has
a copy of the permit and/or the CHARTER NUMBER.
3. Buses must remain in the area designated by the Airports
Authority until dispatched to the appropriate terminal.
4. The Permit Holder shall not commit, nor permit to be committed,
any waste upon, or damage to, TBRG International Airport (the airport)
or any nuisance or other act or thing which in the TBRG-AA’s opinion disturbs
the operations of the Airport and not perform any acts or carry on any
practices which may damage the Airport or any part thereof.
5. In connection with its use of the Airport pursuant to this
Permit, the Permit Holder shall, at its sole cost and expense, and in all
respects, promptly abide by and comply with:
(a) all applicable laws, by-laws, regulations, directives
and rules which pertain to, or in any manner, affect the Airport and the
business operations of the Permit Holder at the Airport; and
(b)all regulations and directives issued by the TBRG-AA in
connection with the management and operation of the Airport including,
without limitation, the TBRG-AA’s Rules and Regulations and all Airport
Operations Bulletins issued from time to time
6. The Permit Holder shall procure and maintain, at its sole
cost and expense, such licenses, permits, certificates or approvals from
all relevant government and other such authorities as may be necessary
to enable the Permit Holder to provide a motor vehicle transportation service
in connection with the activity authorized by this Permit. The Permit Holder
shall provide to the TBRG-AA a copy of any such licenses, permits, certificates
or approvals upon request.
7. The permit holder shall conduct its activities on the Airport
premises at its own risk and shall exercise all reasonable diligence and
precaution to avoid damage to property or injury to persons.
8. The Permit Holder acknowledges and agrees that the TBRG-AA
shall not be liable or responsible in any way to the Permit Holder for
any injury to persons arising out of any occurrence relating to, arising
out of, or in any connection with, the activity authorized by the Permit
Holder from any cause whatsoever, whether or not such injury, loss or damage
results from any fault, default, negligence, act or omission of the TBRG-AA,
its agents, directors, officers, employees or any other person for whom
the TBRG-AA is in law responsible. The permit holder shall at all times
indemnify and save harmless the TBRG-AA and its directors, officer, employees,
agents and contractors and their respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns from and against and be responsible for all claims,
demands, losses, costs, damages, actions, suits or proceeding by whomsoever,
made, brought or prosecuted, in many manner based upon, arising out of,
related to, occasioned by, or attributed to, the activity authorized by
this Permit or failure to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Permit.
9. TBRG-AA reserves the right at all times to impose such
other conditions as may be necessary to avoid injury to persons or damage
to property or to assure the safe, secure and orderly use of the Airport
facilities including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing,
any additional conditions attached hereto.
10. TBRG-AA reserves the overriding right to revoke
this Permit when the TBRG-AA determines that the Permit Holder’s activities
are or will interfere with the safe, secure and efficient operation of
the Airport or are in violation of the Terms and Conditions of this Permit.
